My role: technical lead across all AI and automation topics, from architecture to pre-sales scoping, including team mentoring and infrastructure maintenance.
Design of a proprietary AI agent platform, reusable across missions, as an alternative to market SaaS solutions. Shared technical foundation with specialised agents, per-mission data isolation, anti-hallucination guardrails and GDPR / AI Act compliance by design.
Scope: architecture, ADRs and technical documentation, with implementation handed over to a dedicated team.
Structuring service offerings so they could be sold by non-technical salespeople, together with the matching sales collateral. Industrialised the production of that collateral through agent-based tooling.
Public AI outreach: conference support on ethics in AI, BNI talk (30 min + Q&A).
Feasibility studies and architecture design on client projects: data source selection, modelling, public API integration, ADRs, effort estimates and support during client meetings.
Supporting the technical team on AI/automation projects: passing on architecture best practices, validating technical choices, pre-production reviews.
Responsible for the setup and maintenance of the production technical infrastructure (orchestration, automated workflows, monitoring).
